When these terms start to apply
In this document “we” means Nartiel8k, the business behind nartiel8k.business. “You” means the person on the other side: someone requesting the trial, paying for a term, or watching with details we sent. Each of those acts is acceptance of everything below. The wording is identical for every customer and every plan length; nobody gets a private version.
What a login opens
A plan is a set of sign-in details rather than an app. You receive a username, a password and a server address (the format players call Xtream Codes), together with an M3U playlist link, and you enter them in a player you install yourself, such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. Nothing called Nartiel8k needs downloading, and this website has no customer portal: the details arrive in our WhatsApp chat and then live inside your player.
Behind those details sit 25,000+ live channels and a library of 120,000+ movies and series, arranged in categories inside the player. Both shift over time as sources are added, renamed or withdrawn, which is why we cannot pledge that a given channel, match or movie stays available until your end date. Screens allowed to play at once
Each plan is sold for one, two, three or five connections. That figure caps how many devices may stream at the same moment; it does not cap how many may hold the login. A one-connection plan can sit on the living-room TV, a bedroom stick and a tablet, as long as only one of them is playing. Going past the figure is not permitted, and the streaming system enforces it.

Buying a term
Orders are taken only through this website and its WhatsApp number. In that chat we confirm the plan you want and its full price in USD, then send the payment details. The quoted figure covers the entire term. Once payment is confirmed, the login is normally live in under 15 minutes, and the term runs from activation for the length you paid for.
The free trial
Before spending anything you can ask for a 24-hour trial on WhatsApp or through the Nartiel8k free trial page. It costs nothing, asks for no card and switches itself off when the hours are used up. Its purpose is to let you check the picture on your own screen and line; the rules in this document cover it just as they cover a paid plan.
The day a term runs out
Nothing renews by itself. When a term reaches its end date, the login stops and no further charge is taken, because there is no subscription to cancel and no payment method kept on file. To carry on watching, message us and buy another term. If you do nothing, nothing happens.
How an account may be used
A plan belongs to one household. Three things close an account early and without a refund: publishing or handing out the login details, selling access to others outside the Nartiel8k reseller program, and rebroadcasting or redistributing the streams in any form.
Keep your details out of group chats, forums and screenshots. If you suspect someone else is using them, tell us straight away in the chat.
Interruptions and maintenance
Our target is 99.9% uptime, spread across several servers. Even so, the service leans on networks, data centers and sources outside our control, and parts of it are sometimes taken offline for maintenance. When an outage drags on, we extend your end date by extra days to compensate.
Getting money back

Your local law
Following the laws that apply where you live and watch is your responsibility. We do not own or produce the channels and titles reachable through the service, and nothing on this website says that any particular use is lawful in your country. Our disclaimer page covers what the service does and does not promise.
The most we can owe you
The service is supplied as it is, without promises beyond those written on this website. Where the law permits a cap, the ceiling on what we can be ordered to pay you is the price of the plan that was active at the time the problem began. None of this removes a right that the law where you live does not allow a seller to exclude.
