How the guides here are written and checked

Each guide starts from the questions that land in the WhatsApp chat: which player gives a series its own section, where the kids’ categories are, how to pin tonight’s shortlist to favorites. App names, menu paths and model numbers are treated as facts and checked against the current version of the app before a guide goes up; when an app moves a menu, the guide moves with it. Where a feature depends on the player, such as a resume button, a sleep timer or catch-up, the guide says “if your player offers it” rather than guessing.
