Nartiel8k – Your screening room at home: 120,000+ movies and series, plus live TV

What Nartiel8k learns about you, and where it goes

This privacy policy covers the personal information Nartiel8k receives through this website, its two forms and its WhatsApp number: what each piece is, why it is needed, who can read it and when it is erased.

Six points before the detail

If you read only this paragraph: the site runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts. We collect what it takes to set up a trial, answer a question and run a plan, and nothing more. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone. Form submissions erase themselves after 90 days. There is no customer account on the website for you to create or forget about. And anything held about you can be erased on request in our WhatsApp chat.

Reading these pages

Every page, image and style sheet is delivered from our own server. No outside scripts, web fonts, pixels or embedded players are loaded, so reading the site tells no third party you were here. Simply reading pages sets no cookies. WordPress, the software the site is built on, may set a small functional cookie when a form is used; it exists so the form can work and is not used to follow you anywhere.

Like almost every web server, ours adds one line to an access log for each request it answers: the IP address, the time, the page asked for, the page that linked to it and the description your browser gives of itself. That log is how errors get traced and abuse gets blocked. A fresh file starts every day, and each one is deleted automatically after about two weeks.

When you request a trial with the form

The form on the Nartiel8k free trial page asks which screen you will watch on and for your email address. Two answers are optional: a number to reach you on WhatsApp, and a pick from a short list of what you expect to watch most, which tells support where in the service to point you first. Your connection’s IP address and the web address of the page holding the form come along automatically. We use these to prepare the trial login, to send you to the right setup guide and to spot automated junk.

To keep floods of fake requests out, the site counts submissions from each address for one hour, using a one-way hash instead of the address itself, and quietly ignores anything past the fifth. No person looks at that counter.

Pressing the button opens WhatsApp in your browser or phone with your request already written out. Nothing is sent there until you send it yourself.

When you write to us with the contact form

The Nartiel8k contact form wants a name, a subject picked from a short list and the message itself; adding an email address is up to you. The same IP address and page details travel with it. We use them to reply, and, exactly as with the trial form, WhatsApp then opens with your message ready for you to send or discard.

Where a form submission is kept

Each submission is saved as a private record in this website’s administration area, which only the people who run the service can open. At the same moment, a notification carrying the same details is emailed to the owner’s mailbox and posted to a private Telegram chat the team uses for alerts.

A scheduled task runs once a day and permanently deletes every stored submission more than 90 days old. The email and Telegram notifications sit outside that task; they are removed when you ask for erasure, as described further down.

Our WhatsApp conversation

Orders, renewals, trial logins and setup help all happen in a single WhatsApp chat. That chat shows us your WhatsApp display name, your phone number and anything you decide to send: questions, photos of your screen, the plan you pick and confirmation that a payment arrived. The chat is used to deliver your login, help you get it working and remind you before a plan ends.

WhatsApp is run by a separate company, which handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Our side of the conversation stays until you ask us to delete it; your side is yours to clear whenever you like.

Card and bank numbers go to the payment service you select from the options in the chat, never to us, and we keep no copy. What reaches us is the confirmation that the money came through.

Your login on the streaming system

Running a plan means the streaming system stores your username, password, connection count and expiry date, along with the MAC address of a MAG box if that is what you watch on. Any server that sends you a picture necessarily sees the network address of the device asking and which stream it asked for; ours uses that to deliver playback and to count open streams against your plan, as the Nartiel8k terms of service describe.

Login records last as long as the plan, then up to 12 further months, which lets a renewal pick up the same username and password. After that they are deleted.

Outside companies involved

A handful of outside services are involved because the business could not run without them: the hosting company whose machines serve this website, the email service behind the owner’s mailbox, Telegram for the alert chat, WhatsApp for the conversation and the payment provider you pick. Separately, the player you install stores your details on your own device, under that developer’s privacy terms. Personal information is never sold, rented or swapped, and none of it feeds advertising of any kind.

Getting a copy, a correction or erasure

Three requests are open to you: a copy of everything on file under your name, a correction of anything wrong in it, or its complete erasure, which covers the form record and the notifications about it too. To make one, message +212 663 813 479 on WhatsApp. Writing from the number you ordered with lets us confirm the request is really yours.

A reply follows within 30 days. Erasing the login of a plan that still has time on it ends that plan.

How the information is protected

Every page and form travels over HTTPS. The administration area sits behind a sign-in at an unpublished address, and form records can be viewed only from inside it. The username and password you watch with are delivered inside the chat; treat them like a door key, and warn us immediately if a stranger seems to be using them.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect, or the reason for collecting it, changes, this page is updated and the date at the top moves with it.
