Eight moves from the home screen to the first feature
Check the television, then decide
Before anything else, confirm the set can run it. Samsung offers Smart IPTV on 2022 and newer televisions, the ones on Tizen 6.5 or above; LG sets need webOS 3.0 as a minimum. When the television falls short of that, or when the household mainly wants to browse movies and series with cover art and season lists, a small Android TV or Fire OS stick in the HDMI port running a library-style player is the better buy. When the set qualifies and live channels are the main event, go on to the install.
Install the app and write down its MAC
In the television’s own app store, find Smart IPTV and install it, then open it one time. Its start screen displays a MAC address. That value identifies the app on this particular television, not your router, and the upload in the next step is matched to it. Take a photo of it, since the next part happens on a phone or computer.
Upload the M3U link
In a phone or computer browser, go to siptv.app/mylist. Type the television’s MAC into the MAC box exactly, colons and all, put the M3U link in the URL box, tick Keep online so the TV always fetches a fresh copy, then submit. A confirmation appears on the page once the list is accepted.
Restart Smart IPTV on the TV
Close the app completely and open it again. It now downloads the playlist from the server. A list carrying 25,000+ channels takes a little while on the first load, so give it a minute before you start pressing buttons.
Bring in the guide if it stays blank
Smart IPTV normally picks up guide data on its own. If the listings stay empty, send the playlist again from the upload page with the EPG detection option switched on, if the page offers it, and restart the app. The guide data itself sits on the same server under xmltv.php, which the WhatsApp chat can confirm for you.
Find the on-demand groups
Open the group list and scroll past the live categories. If the link you were sent includes the on-demand library (ask in the chat if you are unsure), the titles appear as further groups by genre or language, each film an entry in the list rather than a poster on a shelf. Mark the ones you plan to watch as favorites, if your version offers favorites, so the short list survives until the weekend.
Activate the app before its trial ends
For its first 7 days the app plays without charge. After that it requests a one-time activation fee per television, paid on the siptv.app/activation page. The money goes to the developer who makes Smart IPTV and is entirely apart from your subscription: we do not sell the activation, set its price or take any share of it. Each television is activated on its own, so a second set needs a second activation.
Tune a channel and open a title
Open a news channel, then a sports channel, and switch between them twice to see that each one starts promptly. Open one of the on-demand groups and start a title. When both play and the channel bar shows the program guide, the television is ready. For a second set, repeat the upload with that television’s own MAC.

The upload went through, but the TV shows nothing new
Almost always the MAC was typed with one character wrong, which files the list under a MAC that belongs to no television. Compare the MAC on screen with the one you entered, upload again and restart the app. Close it fully; going back to the home screen leaves it running on some sets.
The upload page refuses the link
Paste the whole link in one piece. It contains get.php followed by your username and password, and losing any part of it breaks it. Links copied from WhatsApp sometimes wrap across two lines; paste into a plain note first to check it arrives as one line.
Smart IPTV is missing from the Samsung store
The store lists it only for televisions that can run it: Samsung’s 2022 models and newer, with Tizen 6.5 or above. On an older Samsung, a stick or box in the HDMI port is the practical route, and the Samsung TV guide sets out the options by model year.
A second link replaced the first one
Smart IPTV keeps one playlist per television, so uploading another link overwrites the one before. That suits a single subscription. If you genuinely need two lists side by side, Smart IPTV is the wrong player for the job.
Channels freeze while the TV’s other apps play smoothly
The Wi-Fi radio inside many televisions is weaker than the one in a stick or box, and a live channel has little buffer to hide a drop. Run a network cable to the TV if the router is within reach. If a channel still freezes, send its name and the time in the chat so it can be checked at our end.

No. Each television has its own MAC inside the app, so each needs its own upload and its own activation. The same M3U link can go to both, and how many of them play at once depends on the number of connections in your plan.

Treat the link like a password, because your username and password are written into it. The upload page stores it against your television’s MAC so the app can fetch it. Upload it only from your own phone or laptop, and if you think it has been shared, ask in the WhatsApp chat about new details.
